Museum Hours and Fees

Old Mission San Luis Rey’s museum collection includes artifacts from Native American, Spanish, Mission, Mexican Secularization and American Military periods.

Hours:

Daily, 10 am – 4 pm

(closed New Year's Day, Good Friday (close at 2 pm), Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day)

Fees:

Adults $8

Seniors (65+) $5

Youth (ages 6-18) $5

Ages 5 and under, free of charge

Active Military and dependents, free of charge

Audio Tour available $3

For an additional $3, our new audio tour will bring Luiseño and Mission history alive as you walk through the exhibits in our Museum.

Behind-the-Scenes Tours

Almost every Saturday, a special Behind-the-Scenes Tour starts at 11a.m. For more information, call (760) 757-3651 x170 or to sign up online CLICK HERE.

Group tours can be scheduled for up to 15 people by calling the Museum at (760) 757-3651 x170 or email museum@sanluisrey.org.
The cost of group tours is:
Adults - $12 per person
Youth under 18, seniors and active Military - $10 per person

Special Behind-the-Scenes tours with lunch may also be arranged for $24 per person.
