Has your nervous system been hijacked? How often have you asked and even prayed to stop over reacting or being overwhelmed by what’s going in your life? Or maybe you lose your cool when something or someone disagrees with you. Maybe it is the habit of putting things off or feeling like you will never catch-up that keeps you feeling out of control.
These classes in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction are for you. You will learn practices that will serve you the rest of your life. They are as follows:
- Meditation Practice
- Body Scan
- Relaxation Exercises
There will be group exercises and enough time to repeat and deepen the practices, as well as, work personally with the instructor which will improve your self-awareness and increase your sense of well-being.
Cost: 8 sessions for $20 per session or $145 for all 8 sessions
The Retreat Day, 9:00-5:00 pm will be $45 and includes lunch
Please bring a mat or beach towel for floor stretches and relaxation.
