- Group/individuals requesting a retreat or use of the Old Mission San Luis Rey Retreat Center facilities will submit a non-refundable deposit in the amount of 25% of the total charge for the retreat/facilities within 30 days of signing contract.
- Contracts will be considered void and cancelled in those cases in which a deposit is not received within 30 days of signing a contract.
- A final count of the participants must be provided to the Old Mission San Luis Rey Retreat Office 30 days in advance of the arrival date. Absentees from the contracted amount will be charged 50% of the contracted "per person" rate.
- Groups/individuals canceling retreats/use of the facilities will forfeit all deposits paid; on a per case basis deposits may be transferred to a future retreat date.
