Conference Facilities

Add a special dimension to your next meeting or conference by hosting it in the peaceful surroundings of the historic Old Mission San Luis Rey.

Our meeting rooms accommodate up to 120 with custom set-ups and current technology, including free wireless internet service. The Retreat Center's hospitality extends to local, regional and national groups whose purposes are compatible with the Mission's philosophy.

Lodging

Overnight lodging is available for up to 100 guests in comfortable, modest rooms with European restroom facilities.

Outdoor Facilities

The 56-acre campus offers many outdoor areas for meditation and relaxation. They include a swimming pool, basketball/volley ball court, gardens and pavilion (see below).

Meeting Rooms

All meeting rooms include a TV with DVD/VCR player, whiteboard and lectern/podium; some include a piano. All room capacities are approximate and based on theater style seating. Rooms can be arranged theater, classroom, prayer circle, or boardroom style. Use of the Retreat Center Chapel is complimentary with your room rental (reservations required prior to your arrival).

Pavilion
Outdoor venue, located behind the Mission quadrangle. Area includes a small prep kitchen, side-by-side refrigerator, freezer and sink (no stove); exterior, built-in gas grill is available for use (additional fee of $50). Rental includes use of restrooms and basketball/volleyball courts. Recommended for day use. Ideal for family gatherings (smaller groups up to 200) Includes tables and chairs for up to 100.
